As Chief Executive Officer of GME Enterprises, Ynette Evans oversees the firm’s strategy, operations, and client delivery across public sector, financial services, and resilience engagements. She partners closely with founder Gwen Muse Evans to expand GME’s work with Virginia and Maryland agencies, Mid Atlantic banks, and select emergency management initiatives.
Ynette’s leadership centers on practical, stakeholder first execution: making sure every engagement starts with what clients need to achieve—clean certifications, better exam outcomes, stronger governance—and then applying GAINS in ways that fit how teams actually work. She is passionate about helping stretched leaders move from recurring fire drills to predictable, well governed operations.
Ynette brings extensive experience in management consulting, operations, and client leadership, with a track record of guiding complex projects that span risk, internal controls, and organizational change. Before becoming CEO, she worked alongside GME’s leadership team to deepen relationships with existing clients and position the firm for regional expansion.
